Jalaja comes with 25 years of experience in telecom R&D, project management of large projects, leadership roles in the government and private sector, and as a consultant in Learning & Development space. As an expert RF engineer, Jalaja was instrumental in research, development and implementation of cost-effective telecommunication systems for rural areas as part of Center for Development of Telematics (C-DOT).

Jalaja had many years of experience in the distributed development and project management of consumer products for large corporates, from concept proving to the final product, before becoming a learning and development consultant.

Jalaja holds a Bachelors in Electronics and Masters in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani.

She is passionate about making a positive difference in young professionals through development and mentoring.
