Krishna’s mission is to help individuals and organisations realise their aspirations by unlocking their potential. His current engagements are centered on this mission.

Krishna brings more than three decades of multi-disciplinary General Management experience covering Finance and Accounts, HR & IR, Manufacturing Operations and as a Board Member. He has been at the top management level in both manufacturing and Engineering IT Sectors. He was the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of a Bosch Group subsidiary in India.

He is a Science Graduate and a Management Accountant with a very strong conceptual and strategic acumen coupled with a drive for results, covering strategy formulation, translation to action plans and implementation/execution. In his role as CFO and Board Member, he was responsible for the commercial function of his organization, covering units across in India, and abroad.

His career covers both PSU and MNC environments with diverse challenging roles in various locations in India and Europe. His major achievements relate to:

  • – Turning around loss making businesses,
  • – Scaling up manufacturing units,
  • – Transformation of the HR & IR function (leading to recognition / awards from NIPM and CII)
  • – Setting up the base for a HR Shared Services Centre in India
  • – Spearheading leadership culture change. He was deeply involved in the CSR activities of Bosch in India, for nearly a decade.

He was the Chairperson ‘Indo-German HR Forum’ 2011-2014 – a body under the ‘Indo-German Chamber’ comprising HR heads of leading Indo-German companies, to deploy best practices in HR.

He is an accredited Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation India. He heads their Bangalore Chapter. He is a coach / advisor / mentor to a cross section of business leaders and managers.

With his strong commitment to giving back to society he is currently deeply engaged with NGOs as Director / Trustee.

He strongly believes that the vibrant start-up ecosystem in India holds great potential to transform our country in the next ten / fifteen years. This conviction lies behind his commitment and engagement with the start-up eco-system in India in his personal capacity as well as a mentor in the NSRCEL of IIM-B.
