Niranjan is a dynamic business leader with 25+ years proven experience in driving P&L, developing marketing and sales strategies, launching products in both domestic and international markets across multiple industries, business acquisition, business development, Product and Brand management and building successful sales teams. Niranjan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Bangalore University and a PGDBM in marketing and sales with a gold medal from SDMIMD Mysore.

He has wide range of experience across Industries ranging from Steel, Automotive After-market, Consumer goods, Construction industry and Energy. During his tenure in the Steel sector, he has successfully implemented TQM and ISO 9001 company wide. In the Automotive aftermarket (AA) industry he was instrumental in launching a range of products from and was responsible for Exports sales in MEA & SAARC countries for both OE and AA customers. He has considerable experience in the Consumer goods Industry, in the Power tools, for both B to B and B to C product sales in India, APAC & EMEA markets. He was the head of Fischer business unit for India operations and also National sales head for Bosch Energy and building solutions.

Niranjan envisioned and created a market for DIY (Do It Yourself) products by understanding key market trends and implementing key strategic initiatives. This has resulted Bosch high pressure washers achieving the highest market share in home use car segment in India from 2009 till 2013. He has also has been one of the key international cross functional team member in developing a new product development strategy for professional high pressure washers in the APAC region stationed at Bosch China at Shanghai and later had been stationed at the Business Unit HQ at Europe to launch professional high pressure washers to the EMEA and APAC markets.

A fitness freak who loves reading books , Niranjan loves writing & thinking about different facets of management, cycling, playing squash, yoga, pranayama , meditation and now keenly interested in learning and practising Kriya yoga.
